Gas Hog

This is the 1993 HW casting Gas Hog that came in the McDonald's Happy Meals. The front license plate has the McD's 'M' on it. This is only the second Gas Hog I've ever found, so far. My other one is in pretty decent condition and will be kept factory stock, but this one was a little rough. The air cleaner that stuck up through the hood was ditched and the hood was filled, the chassis / bumpers had some corrosion so all metal was wire brushed to a nice shine, the hood and deck were shaved, the body was painted Gloss Black with a coat of Triple Thick (a type of clearcoat) and the boot painted Flat Black, the original windshield was trashed so it was replaced with one from a '58 Thunderbird (the steering wheel is also from the same Thunderbird) , the interior color was changed from White to Linen, a wheel swap was done using HW chrome 5 spokes, the car was slammed, and the trim and all  lights were detailed.
